How we work
Four things we will not compromise on
Real estate has a reputation, and it is mostly earned. These are the commitments we make in writing to international clients.
We tell you when not to buy
A commission is worth less than a client who trusts us. If the price is wrong, the title is messy or the permitted use does not match what you want to do, you will hear it plainly.
One person owns your file
You are not handed between a call centre, a viewing assistant and a closer. Štefan handles international mandates himself and stays on them.
Everything in writing, in your language
Condition notes, cadastre findings, cost breakdowns and contract explanations. Slovak documents stay Slovak because the law requires it, but you always get the translation too.
Technology where it helps, people where it matters
Our own client portal tracks every step of a sale in real time. It does not replace someone walking into the building and looking at the roof.

You are dealing with a registered Slovak company, not an introducer. Our licence covers brokerage of sales, rentals and purchases of real estate, and we carry the obligations that come with it.
